Sterling Pro blast chillers offer a reliable and robust solution for the rapid chilling & freezing of freshly cooked food. These brand new cabinets reduce bacteria production in food and prolonging its shelf life. Our powerful refrigeration system offers caterers the option to chill or freeze in the same cabinet – no need for two machines!
Durability is assured by using AISI304 18/10 stainless steel for the entire interior and exterior of these cabinets, nothing has been left to chance. The interior joints have been curved for easy cleaning. These outstanding cabinets are manufactured in the EU in accordance with the latest HAACP directive.
